Promo package for the FX original docuseries Children Underground, the complicated story of the vigilante work of Faye Yager.
The final design direction was inspired by accounts of children who had fled through the underground system, a flurry of 90s film imagery interspersed with the meticulous documentation of Faye.
Since we had no access to footage from the documentary or archival of Faye Yager herself, we relied heavily on personal family photos of the team and got creative with stock footage and paper textures. The final product fit the tone of the show perfectly without ever having seen a cut.
